The villa is newer and spacious, but comes with a few issues that make me give a poor rating. The 15L water tank isn’t sufficient for hot showers. There is a lot of bugs constantly and seems to be no pest maintenance or even all out. There was a broken blind in a room which made us not use it due to privacy. The manager didn’t attend to our concerns in a timely manner and never met in person to try to resolve them and just forced his staff to try and resolve but didn’t empower them to adequately resolve things. The facility staff try their best and do a good job. The food was always good. They don’t speak English so I don’t recommend to foreigners who don’t speak Hindi or Tamil. There was an issue with our keg being misplaced and when we came back in the evening the last night our place was left wide open and we had tons of bugs and a security issue for all of our valuables. The manager failed to fix these issues.

The location is beautiful. Great service from the staff , especially good service from Mr.Vijay and Mr.Deepak. The place has an awesome view and the rooms are so tidy and beautiful. Excellent view of the city. This place made our trip a very memorable one. Bonfire was an added beauty. Just that the food was expensive but tasty food., the price should be worked upon. Overall an Excellent stay definitely recommend 👌 👍

Pros : Views are good. Property is well maintained. Ideal for a large group. Food is basic but decent. Staff are polite. Cons: Location - is much away from city. You can’t buy anything locally and will need to depend on the property folks to get something from the city. No food delivery available by Zomato or Swiggy. Road to property is very bad and the incline is too much. Will need a powerful car and adequate skill to drive. Our biggest issue was - room facing the valley wasn’t sound proof. There are 2 churches right in front of the property in the valley, that’s got large speakers and play non stop high volume music starting 6.00am!! Property guys said it’s because of Xmas / New Year but It was 2 days of torture for us. They never warned us of this issue beforehand. Unfortunately we couldn’t figure this out when we checked in ( there was no music then for a short period apparently) and they collected the full rental when we checked in, and we had no choice but to stay there. Food options were very limited and had strange rules. We were asked to select either Indian or Continental food for the breakfast and in that we were asked to select only 2 items max ( for eg: continental options are either bread toast / bread and Jam Bread with Omelette and you can select any 2 for the entire group. For Indian breakfast it’s 2 idlis or Poori or Pongal and if you choose Indian breakfast, it’s for the whole group.) Never ever came across such strange rules and limited options anywhere else!! Service wasn’t great, because there were delays in delivering food on the day-one and some requests were never attended to. Going by experience, probably Xmas / New year isn’t a good time to stay at this property and it could be much better for any other time of the year.

The villa is in a beautiful location with a amazing view. The rooms are spacious, clean and well maintained. The staff are very polite and very friendly. The only downside was the fact that the fans in all the rooms could not be adjusted for speed and were running on top speed when switched on. Without the fans, there was no air circulation. If the fans were switched on, because of the high speed, it was cold wind blowing at top speed.
